Vaughn has a naturally intuitive and easy-going style. He brings a special dignity and warmth to every ceremony he conducts. Born in Florida, Vaughn has now made North Carolina his home and enjoys traveling, the outdoors, writing and cooking. He was raised in a blended household, experiencing many different Christian traditions, including Russian Orthodox, Catholic, Lutheran and Evangelical churches. As an avid reader and curious seeker, Vaughn’s journey has led him to a deep exploration of other spiritual walks, and he recognizes that there are many paths to the divine.

Vaughn’s role as a Wedding Officiant is just one expression of his passion for helping others. He also volunteers in social justice programs that help the homeless and incarcerated populations of Western North Carolina reconnect with family and loved ones.
